Return & Exchanges

You have 21 days from the date your order ships to return your item.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns.
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an Elites Boutique US gift card. Store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Clearance and final sales items cannot be returned or exchanged. Merchandise must have all labels and tapes, including hang tags, attached.

To make a return, send your return request to the email sales@elitsmodaus, you must enter the order number, purchase date and telephone number and within 2 business days we will respond to your request.

All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.
Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS. If we find any defects in the merchandise, signs of wear or odor, we reserve the right not to accept your return.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged:
All accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, hats and bags.
Gifts or promotional items.
Lifestyle products
Items marked FINAL SALE
Bodysuits
Items with built-in underwear.
Swimsuits
Lingerie
Worn items
Items with scents, deodorant and signs of use.

Shoes: Shoes scratch very easily on any hard surface. Always test your shoes on a rug. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned intact, along with the shoes.
All shoes MUST be returned in the original shoe box and then durably packaged. Don't put tape or stickers on the shoe box.

EXCHANGES

You have 15 days from the date your order ships to exchange your item(s) for a new one(s).
Exchange items must be received within 8 days of the exchange order being initiated.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns.

EXCLUSIONS

A defective item is given in exchange for the same non-defective item and no refund is allowed unless the item is no longer available.
